Fathom offers a variety of workshops around supporting Neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ identity, both in person and virtually.

Trainings For Health Professionals

  • Learn the basics about how to create a welcoming, inclusive practice for the LGBTQ+ community. We’ll cover terminology you should know, unique challenges this community faces, how this can impact treatment, and how to provide mindful, supportive care long term.

  • This workshop focuses specifically on gender-expansive clients. We’ll cover terminology, unique challenges this community faces, how this can impact treatment, and how to provide mindful, supportive care long term. We’ll also cover how to support clients with social, legal and medical transition.

  • This training teaches clinicians how to write support letters for their clients seeking gender affirming medical treatment based on WPATH standards of care.

Community Workshops

  • Learn the basics about the transgender and nonbinary community: We’ll cover terminology, unique challenges this community faces, how to support loved ones with coming out and transitioning, and how to be a great ally.

    We’ll also cover how to support loved ones with social, legal and medical transition.

  • Learn how to become an affirming employer and implement strategies to support your LGBTQ+ and/or neurodivergent staff.
